Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Interviewdomwebsite and desktop application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email reachable — it is how we deliver receipts and account notices.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application for your own interview preparation and practice. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or provide the Service to third parties as a service.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are one-time access passes for a fixed window (1 days, 7 days, 30 days, 365 days). They do not auto-renew and we do not store payment details for renewals.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
- When a pass expires, AI features served by our hosted engine stop; your data remains in your account.
- Each plan includes a usage allowance. If your usage reaches the limit included with your plan, AI features may be paused until you upgrade to a higher plan or your limit is reset. Your uploaded data (resume, job description and targets) is retained in either case.
One device at a time
A paid account is linked to one desktop machine at a time. You can deregister your current device yourself from the app’s settings to move to a new machine; deregistration is rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only where it is lawful to do so.
- You are responsible for complying with the interview and assessment policies of the employers and platforms you interact with, and with any recording-consent laws that apply in your jurisdiction. See Responsible Use.
- Do not use the Service to misrepresent your identity or to have someone (or something) else take an assessment for you.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Your content
Resumes, transcripts, reports and other content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (storing, syncing and processing your content to provide the features). We do not sell your content.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. AI-generated suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given context — you are responsible for what you say in an interview. We do not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, or result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interviewdom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where the violation is material, no refund is owed.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
