Refund Policy

Interviewdom plans are one-time access passes (7, 30 or 365 days) — they never auto-renew, so there are no surprise charges to refund. For the purchase itself, the proposed policy is:

Eligibility

• Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and fewer than [TODO(owner): N, suggested 3] AI sessions have been used on the pass.
• If the Service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side during your pass, contact us — we will extend the pass or refund pro-rata regardless of the 48-hour window.
• Passes consumed past the threshold, and passes that have expired, are not refundable.

How to request

Email support@interviewdom.com from your account email with your Razorpay order id (shown on your account page and in your payment confirmation). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method. Razorpay typically completes refunds in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
