System-audio capture works on Windows and on macOS 13 (Ventura) or newer; older macOS versions fall back to microphone capture.

Your goals, resumes, reports and saved questions live locally on your machine first.

Optional account sync

When you’re signed in, that data syncs to your account (hosted on Supabase) so it follows you across machines.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

What the overlay’s content protection does

The assistant runs in a compact overlay window kept out of screen-share capture (OS content protection), so your prep notes stay private.

This is a standard operating-system feature (the same one password managers use). It keeps your prep notes off a shared screen; whether assistance is appropriate in a given interview is governed by that employer’s policies — see Responsible Use below.

AI providers we use

Answer generation is powered by Google Gemini and OpenAI. Interview content — transcribed questions, your resume context, and anything you capture with Alt+S — is processed by these providers to generate answers.

Deleting your data

You can delete your session history from within the app. To delete your account and everything synced to it, email support@interviewdom.com.
